£4,998.99

The 2018 Turbo Levo Comp from Specialized has been refreshed with a carbon frame, making a 450-gram weight saving over the standard Comp! The new and improved motor makes light work of the steepest of terrain. The 2018 season sees the Turbo Levo Comp transformed with an all-new carbon mainframe and an M5 alloy rear end. The super-short chain stays of the Levo provide super-responsive handling with a low bottom bracket that glues you to the trail. Fully integrated into the frame is the new and improved Specialized 1.3 motor which delivers 15% more power than its predecessor, as well as fine tuning of the software making the overall performance of the bike greater, whilst taking it easy on the battery. The battery comes in at 504Wh, which is a little over what you've come to expect to be the norm for e-mountain bikes, giving you enough juice to successfully conquer the longest of trails. A new addition for 2018 is the bar-mounted remote which allows you to select between the different assistance levels of the motor, as well as including a walk function and a button that allows you to switch to the most powerful motor mode with just one press. True to the nature of the bike, there is no screen, but LED indicators on the battery indicating the remaining battery levels, however, Specialized do still give you the option to add a screen in the form of a Garmin, or similar ANT+ device, allowing you to choose the computer, based on your preferences. If it wasn't for the LED's on the battery, some people would be mistaken in to thinking that the Levo is just a regular bike, due to the belt-driven motor which is silent in operation and has proved its popularity since the Levo was introduced. The Turbo Levo Comp features 150mm of front suspension travel, courtesy of the RockShox Revelation RC fork which has been proving its worth since it has been introduced, as a younger sibling to the world renowned Pike. This fork provides unmatched stiffness and is complete with new 34mm stanchions to match the aggressive look of modern trail and enduro bikes. At the rear there is the ever-popular RockShox Monarch RT shock to complete the perfect brand pairing. The rear shock works great in combination of the new Levo frame to give 135mm of plush, controlled rear travel. The SRAM GX 11-Speed drivetrain has been proving its ground in the mountain bike business for some time now and is quickly becoming recognised as the most budget-friendly 1×11 speed drivetrain that gives gravity focused 1x performance that you can rely on. Durability and dependability are strongly pronounced on the GX system and it is the clear choice to bring more riders to the mountain and to keep them coming back for more. SRAM Guide RE brakes have been optimised for the e-bike category, capable of handling the higher average speeds, more intense use and increased mass with the presence of the motor and battery. Combining SRAMS Guide R lever assembly with a powerful 4-piston caliper which has derived from the gravity focused Code brakes. The Guide RE system gives amazing trail control, optimum power and modulation which mean speed can be controlled in all terrain and in all situations, both uphill and downhill. 27.5 Roval Traverse rims pair perfectly with the 2.8 wide Butcher tyres which give maximum control and traction on a mixture of terrains. Complete with an added dropper post with up to 125mm of travel, the Levo Comp is a do-it-all trail machine that will beg you to keep pushing further and further.  FACT 9m carbon chassis / M5 Alloy rear triangle Specialized 1.3, custom Rx Trail-tuned motor, 250W Nominal Specialized M1-504, integrated Trail Display, ANT+/Bluetooth® module, 504Wh, Mission Control App connectivity RockShox Revelation RC 150mm travel fork Description by Luk
