The Turbo Kenevo is a brand new model for 2018, featuring 180mm of suspension travel, fitting the bike park rider perfectly. No more uplifts, giving you time for additional runs! Built around the popular Specialized Enduro, the Turbi Kenevo is brand new for 2018. The bike features the familiar brose motor that is also seen on the Levo, which has been updated for the new model year to provide 15% more power than before. The motor puts out 250W of power and is capable of a maximum 90Nm of torque, allowing you to simply glide up the mountain. The 504Wh battery has been seamlessly integrated into the downtube of the bike to give a low centre of mass with the motor position which makes for a bike that is firmly planted and confident, regardless of the terrain. As with the other Specialized Turbo models, you have the option to custom tune the power settings to your individual riding via the Misson Control smartphone application. Specialized have bar-mounted a remote for 2018 which controls the assistance level of the motor, as well as providing a handy walk-assist function which will leave your friends green with envy on a push-up. 180mm of suspension allows this bike to tackle terrain that no other eMTB can. The front RockShox Lyrik RCT3 fork has mighty 35mm stanchions and a new updated air-pressure guide to maximise performance under an eMTB application. The Lyrik includes the new Charger 2 damper, which not only reduces the overall weight of the fork, but maximises bump-sensitivity and traction. At the rear of the bike we find an Öhlins TTX22M coil shock, which gives world cup downhill performance, the damper will leave you constantly looking for rougher sections. The TTX22M has been designed to handle the most challenging world-cup downhill racing tracks, whilst still providing the most pedal efficiency for the flat and uphill sections, the perfect fit for the Turbo Kenevo. SRAM's GX 11-Speed drivetrain has been German-Engineered for performance that doesn't break the bank. Giving as much performance as it does downhill, uphill, giving this bike perfect trail center riding capabilities. The SRAM Code R brakes are sleek and extremely powerful, giving maximum control with single finger use. The Kenevo features an over-sized four-piston caliper and 200mm discs for maximum braking efficiency downhill. Tool-free reach adjust allows you to get the brakes set-up to your individual riding style. 27.5+ Wheels fitted with Specialized's own Butcher tyres are extremely agile and won't let you down when you require the additional grip the most. The GRID casing gives that extra resistance to punctures and the wheelset comes 2Bliss Ready so you can convert easily to a tubeless set-up. The finishing touch on this bike is the Command dropper seatpost which not only allows you to get your saddle nice and low on-the-fly but also changes the saddle angle by 14 degrees as it sinks, optimising the riders position for descents.
